Outlook 2013: Direct Email Replies to Different Recipients

When you reply on email you press reply button, it only shows the address of someone who send you that email. Sometimes situations come around person that when he or she mailing from a company list and wants replies to be seen by your entire office department then there is need of direct email replies to different recipients. So, no problem outlook express included this feature inside it. With the help of this feature you can easily reply of emails to different recipients. This feature is available in outlook 2007, outlook 2010 and also in outlook 2013.

Below is the description of procedure how you can utilize this feature.

You can access this option from composition window where you write the email. Firstly you need to go to Options tab under Direct Replies To.

Now the Properties window will open on your screen and under this Delivery options category there is a check box labeled as Have replies sent to. So if you want to add additional email address just add it in the white box right of it or mailing lists you would like the replies to go to.


Now after following the above the process when someone uses the reply button to respond to your email it will automatically go to all of the addresses you added.
